Michelle Barron is head chef at the Curzon. She is assisted by commis chef Elaine and together they create a monthly changing menu which offers from the traditional to the very modern in British and international cuisine. Local ingredients are featured with many herbs grown in our own market garden.

The candle-lit restaurant overlooks the pretty gardens with warm, rich burgundies and pinks in keeping with the hotel's Victorian theme. The wine list is carefully selected with old world and new world wine selections.
