our Restaurant

Michelle Barron is head chef at The Curzon Hotel. She is assisted by second chef Dylan Jones and together they create a monthly changing menu which offers from the traditional to the very modern in British and international cuisine.
Local ingredients are featured with many herbs grown in our own market garden.

The candle-lit restaurant overlooks the pretty gardens with warm, rich burgundies and pinks in keeping with the hotel's Victorian theme.
The wine list is carefully selected with a wide choice of old & new world wines.
