
Our Restaurant
As a traditional hotel in Chester, our Restaurant offers fine dining exclusively to hotel residents and their Guests.

Michelle Barron, our Head Chef, creates a monthly changing `a la carte' menu using local ingredients.
This year we have grown a lot of produce in our own garden. We are self sufficient in lettuce, radishes, runner beans, leeks, courgettes, cauliflowers and brussel sprouts. We have fruits in abundance, when in season, rhubarb,raspberries, blackcurrants, tayberries, apples and plums.
Plus we have a fine selection of roses, Sweet William & Carnations in our garden which add the finishing touch to our Restaurant.
